Refunds
Unfortunately, Discovery Decants does not issue refunds once orders are placed and processed. Due to limited stock of products and lengthy handling/packaging process, Discovery Decants finalizes all sales. Please be advised to review orders before making a purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect order upon reception and contact us immediately if item(s) is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and compensate accordingly. As mentioned in the 'Refund' section, Discovery Decants does not issue any refunds; however, we will try our best to make it right. 

Cancellations 
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Discovery Decants allows a 24-hour cancellation period from the date/time an order is placed. After the cancellation period is up, orders will be processed and no longer eligible for cancellation.
