Shipping policy
Please read the Shipping Policy carefully to understand how the shipment of your orders is handled.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Destinations: Shipping is currently only offered within the United States.
Shipping Methods: Reputable courier services, primarily USPS and UPS, are used to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Standard economy shipping is the only option currently offered, with estimated delivery time and cost provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are set at a flat rate (revealed at checkout) to keep costs relatively low, as well as account for packaging and handling. The option for free shipping is available when met with the specific order requirements or during promotional periods. Please be advised that shipping costs may be subject to change in the future should more options be made available.
For Canada & All International Shipments:
International shipping is currently unavailable due to issues experienced in the past. Once these challenges are resolved, international shipping will be offered again. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING, IMPORT DUTY FEES, AND TAXES. Import duty fees are NOT calculated at checkout but are required to be paid by customer.
Tracking Information: Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email used to place the order.
Delivery Time: Delivery time is set to range from 5-8 business days once order is shipped. However, that may vary depending on any circumstance faced by either Discovery Decants or the courier service used.
Order Tracking: Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking information or by logging into their Discovery Decants account.
Shipping Holidays: Orders are subject to face shipping issues or delays during public holidays.
