Percival but cheaper
I don't find Kaaf to be as 'nuclear' as some comments I've seen. It's synthetic, but quite smooth and very fresh. I wouldn't overspray, but in moderation the synthetic nature doesn't seem too harsh. I see similarities to my Mont Blanc Legend EDP, itself supposedly based on A&F Fierce DNA, but they are definitely different. Kaaf to me, honestly smells like a laundry booster. My wife even suggested some variety of Febreeze.
I know that's not the most flattering comparison, but I mean it in a really good way. It's not an overtly sexy scent, but it's one I could wear any random day to run errands while smelling fresh and clean. I doubt it'd pull many compliments, but people in line at the grocery or post office probably shouldn't be offended and might think something in the air smells pretty good. To me it's a nice, relaxed, comforting scent that just smells like I got out of the shower, put on clothes right out of the dryer, washed in some luxurious fabric softener, but the scent is more pronounced and doesn't fade.
Current impression: I kinda dig it and I'm considering a bottle for those days I don't want a "fragrance" and just want to smell fresh and clean. It might get boring, so I could lose interest, but it should always be easy to return to. Quality is quite good, but not outstanding (though the same could be said of many ambroxan heavy designer scents). Subjective enjoyment is above average. 7.5/10. Wife gives it a 7/10.
Whole this leans just barely closer to A&F Fierce than to PDM Percival, it projects very strongly and last over 8 hours. This is a perfect everyday fresh and musky scent.
Arrived very quickly and well packaged.
Great scent, very similar to PDM but lasts longer
To me this is a great all around fragrance. I got so many compliments. Fresh and clean scent but not to loud. Like a gym, work, school fragrance. Definitely a keeper. Packaging is fantastic as always.
