Mature alternative

BR540 is a very controversial profile, so one needs to sample clones/twists first to figure out if they like it or not. This is a nice twist. It is less sweet and way less cloying. It starts drier than expected and a little soapy, then ends up a very light and balanced. It is on the weaker side.
